4AM Group is a business group that is diversified and provides a myriad of services in various industries. They have a product line that comprises oil and gas products and services, hose and belt, domain and hosting solutions, software development, real estate, business setup and citizenship and residency services.

Challenges Faced

Presence in various industries provided some operational complications to 4AM Group:

  • Organizing different business divisions (manufacturing, IT, real estate, consultancy) into a single structure.

The system was also set to have role-based access control that only allowed the different departments to access the appropriate modules and data. This improved the level of data security and still provided transparency in operations.
